Authorities and persons under § 3 let. c) to f) ZKB are obliged to report cyber security incidents to governmental CERT.
Authorities and persons under § 3 let. g) ZKBs are required to report cyber security incidents to the government's CERT if they have a significant impact on the continuity of basic service provision.
