Authorities and persons under § 3 let. (a) to (f) ZKB shall notify the governmental CERT of the implementation of a reactive measure. Implementation of a reactive action requires the authorities or persons to inform, in the form of a report, NÚKIB.
The authorities or persons referred to in Article 3 (a) and (b) ZKB shall notify the implementation of reactive measures only in the case of a cyber hazard or an emergency situation.
