Accredited training for the ITIL Managing Professional modules is mandatory to enable full understanding of the core material. All modules have ITIL 4 Foundation as a pre-requisite.
More information about the launch of ITIL Managing Professional will be released in the second half of 2019.
The context of ITIL, with the release of ITIL 4 in 2019 is now much bigger, with an emphasis on the business and technology world, how it works today, and how it will work in the future with Agile, DevOps and digital transformation.
The final exam takes place online after the course. All candidates will receive an exam voucher to book the date of the final exam themselves.
