Why LPIC-3

The LPIC-3 certification is the culmination of the multi-level professional certification program of the Linux Professional Institute (LPI).

LPIC-3 is designed for the enterprise-level Linux professional and represents the highest level of professional, distribution-neutral Linux certification within the industry. Three separate LPIC-3 specialty certifications are available. Passing any one of the three exams will grant the LPIC-3 certification for that specialty.

The Virtualization and High Availability (LPIC-3 304) course is a lab-oriented training for Linux administrators and specialists.

During this course, we introduce the best practices of multiple virtualization techniques (Xen, KVM, OpenVZ and VirtualBox) and high availability systems configuration (e.g. cluster and load balancing, HA solutions in Red Hat Linux and SUSE Linux). The LPIC-3 304 course also provides a practical overview of virtualization and HA techniques.
