This certification focuses on basic skills in the optimization of IT support. This certification is part of the architecture layers 'Business Processes', 'Applications' and 'Infrastructure' of the AMBI e-CF certification program.

It includes knowledge and skills that every IT professionals has to master to a certain extent, but is especially relevant for IT trainers, HR managers, contract managers and similar roles.
