VeriSM™ Essentials offers candidates an understanding of basic Service Management principles. It looks at Service Management culture and organizational structure. It also examines the VeriSM™ model.

VeriSM™ Essentials acts as an introduction to the Service Management mindset for professionals who are encountering Service Management for the first time. It is also ideal for undergraduates and graduates, and for candidates who would prefer to complete the VeriSM™ Foundation certification in two parts.
