Strategic Control

The purpose of the strategic level of control is to establish a framework of policy within which tactical control will work and a strategy that tactical control will implement. 

In particular the provision of resources for tactical command, the resolution and prioritisation of multiple and/or conflict demands and to determine plans for the return to business as usual or return home.
