Authorities and persons under § 3 let. (c) to (f) the ZKB must take reactive action imposed on NUCK on the basis of information on a security incident in progress, to address such an incident or to provide information systems or networks and services against cyber-security incidents. Reactive measures are issued in the form of a decision or in the form of measures of a general nature.
Authorities and persons under § 3 let. (a) and (b) ZKB are required to take reactive measures only in the case of a cyber hazard or emergency situation, announced on the basis of Paragraph 21 (6) of the ZKB.
