Network Security Support Engineer is designed for professionals who manage or support enterprise network security built on FortiGate.

The course focuses on hands-on troubleshooting of the most common operational issues—from session analysis and debug flow to IPsec VPNs, HA clusters, routing, OSPF/BGP, authentication (LDAP/RADIUS), and FortiGuard/web filtering. Through interactive break-and-fix labs, you will gain confidence in resolving outages, service instability, and real-world security incidents.

    - An understanding of the topics covered in the Enterprise Firewall course is recommended.

The Fortinet NSE 6 - Network Security 7.6 Support Engineer certification exam validates your knowledge and practical skills in working with Fortinet solutions within enterprise security infrastructure environments. It focuses primarily on your ability to diagnose and troubleshoot enterprise firewall solutions running FortiOS 7.6.
