ISTQB® Advanced Level Technical Test Analyst
This 3-day course is aimed at software testing professionals who wish to build on the techniques from the Foundation Level in order to become highly-skilled technical testers. The course explores ways to plan, prepare and test using technical test techniques across the Software Development Lifecycle.

Course Objectives
- recognize and classify the typical risks
- select appropriate tools to automate technical testing tasks
- effectively participate in reviews with developers and software architects
- provide technical elements to the planning, design and execution of tests
- understand the technical issues and concepts in applying test automation
- select and apply appropriate white-box test techniques to ensure that tests provide an adequate level of confidence
Prerequisites
Candidates wishing to be certified as Mobile Application Testing Foundation Level must already hold the ISTQB® Certified Tester Level certificate.

Exam
The certification exam is comprised of:
- 2 hours
- 45 questions
- Pass mark grade of 65%
- 25% extra time for candidates with English as a foreign language
