ITIL v3 certification

The ITIL® certification scheme consists of a number of qualifications that focus on various aspects of best practices based on IT specializations. The overall scheme contains 5 levels divided into sub-topics.

    Axelos applies a system of credits that you receive for each successfully completed certification.

    For each level you get an equivalent number of points, which is directly proportional to the difficulty and content of the exam. After completing the Axelos certification, each candidate will receive not only a certificate, but also the corresponding credits.

    ITIL® Practitioner is a new and optional certification. It is awarded wih +3 credits, which are required to exceed the limit of 17 credits. Then you can pass the comprehensive ITIL MALC exam and then obtain the ITIL Expert or ITIL Master certification.

    ITIL® Foundation certification

    Entry certification of this "best practice" IT framework

    Graduates of the course pass an exam on key elements of methodology, concepts and terminology. They must demonstrate knowledge of the links between stages throughout the IT service lifecycle. Including individual processes and justification of their benefits for IT management.

    ITIL® Practitioner certification

    The latest program in the ITIL® portfolio develops the knowledge gained at the Foundation level into practical tips, and progresses on how to implement your IT projects with the help of the framework.

    The preparatory course contains only 20% of theory and 80% of practical scenarios on which you will practice IT Service Management.

    The biggest benefits include better efficiency, increased productivity, implementation of the principles of continuous improvement, strengthening cooperation and coordination between IT and the rest of the organization. At the same time, ITIL® Practitioner perfectly complements standards such as DevOpsSCRUM and others.

    A group of modular courses designed for Foundation level graduates

    Each of the Intermediate modules has a different focus in the field of IT Service Management. The modules are divided into 2 categories Lifecycle and Capability Stream. The advantage of Lifecycle is that it focuses more on the practical and strategic management of IT services.

    Service Strategy (SS) is the first of five ITIL Intermediate Service Lifecycle modules

    Graduates will learn management techniques involving the design, development and implementation of IT services that reflect the strategy of the organization.

    In the SS module, you will gain knowledge and techniques that will help you manage risk, meet and develop strategic goals within an organization or a specific program. Strategy is often underestimated in organizations. By applying ITIL best practice, you will improve communication and strengthen the involvement of individual team members.

    ITIL® Service Design

    ITIL® Intermediate Service Design certification

    Service Design (SD) is an ITIL® Intermediate level certification in the Service Lifecycle stream category

    It focuses on the design of IT services and includes topics of IT architecture, processes, principles and documentation. Graduates will be prepared to work on IT service design projects that meet the needs of the organization.

    You will learn techniques for continuous improvement throughout the ITIL lifecycle. We will show you how to manage the development and integration of IT services until deployment in the organization's processes.

    ITIL® Intermediate Service Operation module

    Another of the ITIL® Service Lifecycle modules. SO focuses on the principles, processes, operations, and functions that help organizations successfully manage the performance of their products and services.

    Service Operation also demonstrably improves the management of IT services. By applying these principles, it helps organizations manage operations effectively.

    ITIL® Service Transition

    ITIL® Intermediate Service Transition

    This module focuses on the process and practical elements and management techniques needed to create, test, and implement products and services.

    The ST module will teach you to plan and manage the transition to new or revised applications / services / products created during the "Service Strategy and Service Design" phase in the ITIL life cycle.

    The techniques you learn in the ST module help organizations better manage and control changes in IT services in accordance with user requirements and in relation to business strategy. Service Transition is also needed for flexible change management and service improvement.

    ITIL® Continual Service Improvement

    ITIL® Intermediate Continual Service Improvement

    It focuses on techniques for "continuous improvement of IT services" throughout the ITIL life cycle

    Thanks to CSI, organizations can strategically manage the development of products and services that are created according to the principles of ITIL Strategy, Design, Transition and Operation of the IT service cycle.
