Target Audience

The qualification is aimed at those wanting to take an active role in any of the offices described in the P3O model. While it is particularly suited to candidates fulfilling the management, generic or functional roles described in Appendix A of the P3O guide, it will also be relevant others who see the P3O model as a framework for a career path.

Objectives

  • State the key functions and services of a P3O
  • Describe tools and techniques used by a P3O

The P3O® Foundation Course covers the whole of the syllabus of P3O Foundation level and prepares participants for the P3O Foundation Examination. To this end they need to show they understand the principles and terminology of the guide.

The topics of the P3O Foundation and Practitioner course are similar, but in a completely different level and from a different point of view. While the Foundation level will show you the basics, because the goal is to master the principles and processes, the Practitioner level will show you the deployment of P3O in a real environment with real results.

The final exam takes place online after the course. All candidates will receive an exam voucher to book the date of the final exam themselves.
