P3O®, an abbreviation for Portfolio, Program, and Project Office, is a structural recommendation that encourages the development of an 'office' entity to oversee portfolios, which makes informed decisions on whether or not to continue with project and formulation processes they should adhere to.

A P3O model provides a decision-enabling/delivery support structure for all change within an organization. This may be provided through a single permanent office which may exist under several different names, for example Portfolio Office, Centre of Excellence, Enterprise or Corporate Programme Office.

P3O Practitioner

P3O Practitioner is mainly aimed at (aspiring) Support Office Managers or Directors and is very detailed with the focus on scenario. P3O® Practitioner Upgrade course is accredited by PeopleCert. Manuals, Exam and Certificates included.

P3O Combi Course during the one week

This unique training week includes BOTH the Foundation and the Practitioner examinations and candidates can benefit from a reduction of 10% on the total price. TAYLLORCOX offers the full one week P3O COMBI session to those candidates willing to be trained and certified for the level Foundation and Practitioner during a five day course.
