Lukáš works where auditing meets training. At TAYLLORCOX he audits quality management systems against ISO 9001 and other standards, and as a P3M3 Assessor he evaluates how mature an organisation's project, programme and portfolio management really is. His audits feed straight into his courses: he knows where processes break down, why standards are ignored and how to set up governance that works beyond the paperwork.
As a trainer he delivers accredited PRINCE2®, PRINCE2 Agile® and M_o_R® courses, and in the Industry section he teams up with Petra Naibrtová on courses for manufacturing companies, bringing the perspective of a quality auditor and project manager: improvement project governance, work standardisation, process management and linking the shop floor to the quality system. He also helps clients design methodologies and adopt best practice based on PRINCE2, MoP and Scrum.
He gained cross-sector experience as a management systems auditor, P3M3 Assessor and accredited consultant for portfolio, programme and project management (PPM). Since 2023 he has been a PeopleCert Approved Trainer sponsored by TAYLLORCOX.

Kurz byl naprosto perfektní. Velice jsem ocenila příklady, díky kterým byla teorie vysvětlována a měla jsem tam možnost si situace a procesy představit na reálním projektu a činnostech.
