The intensive 3-day course is intended not only for new applicants, but also for existing ITIL v3 graduates who want to upgrade their knowledge according to the latest version. We strongly do not recommend a shorter bridge, due to the scope of the topic.
The final exam takes place online after the course. All candidates will receive an exam voucher to book the date of the final exam themselves.

Exam
The certification takes the form of a written test and is taken on the last day of the course. Its purpose is to review the knowledge of principles, processes and 4 dimensional ITSMs.
The ITIL 4 Foundation is a prerequisite for any ITIL Management Professional and ITIL Strategic Leader modules that are the gateway to obtaining the highest level of Master ITIL qualification.
Participants will receive an ITIL Foundation Workbook that includes all presentation materials, subject notes, case studies, and practical exams.

- The exam is 60 minutes in total and is closed book
