Od roku 2004 se pohybovala po velkých nadnárodnich korporacich v oblasti finančnictví, pojišťovnictví, bankovnictví a farmacie. Vedla rozsáhlé projekty na národní, regionální (CEE) i mezinárodní úrovni a vyzkoušela si několik nižších i vyšších manažerských pozic u nás i v zahraničí, dokonce i na na úrovni Globálního vedení 2 světových jedniček (200k zaměstnanců).
Pracovala v různých business oblastech jako je např.: OpEx, HR, Customer service, Operations, Strategické řízení a plánování, R&D, Inovace, Řízení kvality a procesů, Projektové řízení, Řízení portfolií a PMO, Krizový mgmt, podílela se aktivně na rozsáhlých procesech Změny kultury a Agilní transformace.
Na globální úrovni měla možnost spolupracovat s Big 5 prominentní konzultantskou skupinou, jmenovitě s Mckinsey a Deloitte. Dále také s partnery jako Gartner consulting a Silicon Valley hub. V oblasti OpEx ušetřila svým zaměstnavatelům a klientům na realizovaných Business casech přes 8Mio Euro.
Postupně si vyzkoušela na vlastní kůži rozdíly v řízení typické pro velké společnosti a různé národnosti, světadíly a kultury, řídila teamy ve všech regionech (EMEA, APAC, NALA).
Jako konzultant, coach a trenér působí několik posledních let. Je držitelem mezinárodních certifikátů Scrum.org: Scrum master I, II a III, Product owner I a II, PAL, PSFS, dále Less, Six sigma black belt, ITIL Practicioner, a Prince 2 Practicioner.
